Is Network Marketing a scam or a legitimate business? Part 2

Is Network Marketing a Scam or a legitimate businessSo let’s continue down the path of exploring whether or not Network Marketing is a scam or a legitimate business, some belief’s people hold are:

People don’t make money:

That’s absolutely right a lot of people who join the Network Marketing Industry don’t make any money at all. Many people join a Network Marketing company because they are lured by the promise and stories about, huge incomes and fancy lifestyles and they don’t really take the time to find out what you have to do to earn the huge income and have the fancy lifestyle. I like to make a comparison here once again with traditional business, how many people who join a Multi National corporation earn huge money, the ones that learn what they need to learn and do what they need to do, and are willing to do what the majority won’t, it’s the same thing here guys

It’s a business of selling to your friends:

Yes it is, just like you sell your friends on the idea of going on holidays together or seeing a particular movie, but it’s not only selling to your friends, it is about Marketing your business and your products just as you would if you had a traditional business

You make money of other people’s efforts:

Yes that’s called leverage, just like every business large and small that has employees is making money off other people efforts. Every sound business looks for the opportunity to leverage. Every newspaper TV station, Internet provider, Doctor, Lawyer Accountant, leverages other peoples efforts.

Network Marketing is a legitimate business!

The Network Marketing Industry provides anyone who wishes to join the opportunity to gain financial independence, it is beyond question a legitimate business, and if you are concerned that you are about to join something that is not legitimate here is what I suggest you do.

  • Find out how long the company has been trading

  • Do a search on the company and find out as much as you can

  • Check with your local Government Authority on whether the company is considered legitimate

Once you have completed these steps if you are still unsure then I would have to say I don’t think at this stage that Network Marketing is for you and that’s okay as I said earlier not everyone is cut out for it.

I hope this article has been of value to you, I am proud to be a part of the Network Marketing Industry and it is okay to doubt things I was one of those who thought it wasn’t a legitimate business too, it’s amazing what you learn when you shift a paradigm.

Yours in Success
