4 Tips to inspire your downline to Success in Network Marketing

How would you like to increase the number of inspired Successful Network Marketers on your team? People who kept their eye on the ball and did all the things that needed to be done to bring about Success in Network Marketing, people who are highly motivated and focused and are unstoppable.

There are a few things you can put in place immediately to create greater momentum with members of your team and believe me this will have a continued effect that will flow right through your business and ultimately increase your success in your Network Marketing business.

  • Tip # 1:  Sort your team into business builders, potential business builders and product users.

The reason I recommend you break your team into three categories is you need to spend about 80% of your time working with the workers, about 15% of your time working with your potential builders and about 5% of your time with your product users. Not everyone who is on your team will rise to be the business builders or leaders you know they are capable of being, so you need to establish who are the actual builders and spend the majority of your time with them

This may seem like an obvious thing but I have to tell one of the biggest mistakes made in many Network Marketing businesses is time spent working with the wrong people. So make sure you are working with the people who are actually out there doing it.

  • Tip # 2: Form a mastermind group with your builders.

If you are just starting out and you don’t have to many builders don’t worry about that because even if there is only two of you it will make such an impact to your success in your Network Marketing business you will wonder why you didn’t do this earlier.

Have a regular meeting with your mastermind group, at least once a week make those meetings specific and put a time limit on them. Establish what skills each of you have and put those skills to work in forming a strategy and action plan for the whole team to use. Set clear and specific goals for each of you for the short medium and long term and on a weekly basis go through what each of you did and learned and what results you achieved.

  • Tip # 3: Set up a weekly webinar or Skype group call for everyone on your team.

On this call you need to provide training and information that gives great value and provides strong leadership. Inviting your upline or an industry leader on the call can be a great benefit or maybe have someone from your company on the call who can talk about how the company is travelling providing that bigger picture that people often need.

  • Tip # 4: Have a duplicatable system.

You must have a system that anyone can duplicate from the young 18 year old who has had nothing to do with business to the business person to the 70+ who has never turned on a computer. As soon as someone joins your team they must be given the opportunity to learn and know what to do so that they can get out there and do what they need to do to create the success in network marketing they are looking for.

Don’t assume people know what you know, lay it out for them and you will soon find out who is a real builder plus you will increase the confidence of the ones who have the potential and perhaps don’t realise it yet.

To truly inspire your downline in addition to these 4 tips, just make sure you are doing everything you want your downline to do!
